Distance Learning Complaint Process for Out-of-State Students

Eastern Gateway Community College is committed to resolving student grievances, complaints, and concerns in a timely, fair, and friendly way. Students who reside outside of the State of Ohio and who attend Eastern Gateway should first attempt to resolve issues via Eastern Gateway’s internal processes by using the Student Issues & Complaints form.

However, if an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with your state of residence. The Student Complaint Information by State and Agency provides information to allow you to contact your state education agency. Eastern Gateway is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
