College Transcript
Please note the following credentials are not available through Parchment: If you completed your GED at one of our campus and need a transcript, please visit our Aspire (ABLE) homepage for further instructions. If you completed Workforce (Non-credit), CDL or continuing education courses and need transcripts or enrollment verification paperwork completed, please email registrar@egcc.edu.
Transcripts can be ordered via the Web 24/7 through the Parchment.
A student login is not required to request your transcript through Parchment, you can create an account using a personal email address.
If you are ordering on behalf of a former student of Eastern Gateway Community College (EGCC). You must use this form to request records held by the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) as records custodian for the now closed EGCC. Orders without this release form will be canceled.ODHE FERPA Release Form.
