Password Reset

Reset my password - Click "RESET MY PASSWORD" below, enter your User ID, then follow the on-screen instructions. For more information, please watch the attached video tutorial. Note: If you do not know your password and have not set-up multi-factor authentication, you must contact the Help Desk.

Set-up my multi-factor authentication - If you have not activated multi-factor (by providing a phone number, personal email address and/or security questions), please do so by clicking "SET-UP AUTHENTICATION". You will need to know your password for this step.

Update my multi-factor authentication - If you have previously activated multi-factor and would like to update the aforementioned information, please do so by clicking "UPDATE AUTHENTICATION".

Students: When entering your User ID, please format your email address without the "student." prefix. For example, jsmith1234@egcc.edu, instead of jsmith1234@student.egcc.edu
