REGISTRATION
• Registration is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
• Course fees are due at the time of registration.
• The deadline for registration is three business days before the class start date. Please register early to avoid class cancellations due to low enrollment.
• EGCC reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment and to change schedules at any time and to add or withdraw courses.
• Payments accepts include check, money order, credit card and cash.Please do not send cash through the mail.
SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT POLICY
• Ohio residents 60 years and older do not pay tuition fees.
• Ohio seniors must pay any materials fees, lab fees, facilities fees, instructional fees, and tech fees where applicable.
REFUND POLICY
• If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, the student will receive a 100% refund.
• If a student withdraws prior to the first class session, the student will receive a 100% refund.
• Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed.
• Once classes begin, refund policy may vary depending on the program.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
• Cancellations apply to both credit and non-credit classes.The Workforce & Community Outreach Department will adhere to the same schedule as EGCC.
• Listen to your local radio or TV stations for school closings, openings or early releases because of inclement weather or for other others.
