GLAZED CARROTS







                  HONEY GLAZED                                   BROWN SUGAR GLAZED

          INGREDIENTS                                           INGREDIENTS

          •   2 tbsp unsalted butter                            •   1½ lbs. carrots
          •   16 oz bag baby carrots                                (or a bag of peeled and cut baby carrots)
          •   2 tbsp honey                                      •   ¼ cup of butter or margarine
          •   2 tbsp brown sugar, packed                        •   ¼ cup of brown sugar
          •   2 tsp fresh dill                                  •   ¼ tsp salt
          •   2 tsp fresh thyme leaves                          •   To make it spicy: ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
