No-Bake, 3-ingredient
       CRANBERRY RELISH                                                        INGREDIENTS




                  SERVINGS                      PREP TIME                      •   1 bag of cranberries
                  4 servings                    5 minutes                      •   2-3 oranges, sliced
                                                                                  (leave the rind on)
                              DIRECTIONS                                       •   ½ - 1 cup of sugar

          Chef’s Note: This is a great, fresh way to break up some of the heavier sides we all love on Thanksgiving.
          It also makes a great condiment on turkey leftover sandwiches the next day!



                                                KIELBASA, POTATOES,
          INGREDIENTS


          •   3-5 lbs potatoes                  & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
          •   2-4 cans green beans, drained
          •   kielbasa, cubed                           PREP TIME                  COOK TIME
          •   salt                                      10 minutes                 1 hr. 10 min.
          •   pepper
          •   butter
                                                DIRECTIONS

                                                1.  Peel and cube potatoes and place in baking dish.
                                                2.  Drain 2-4 cans of green beans and pour the green beans over the
                                                    potatoes.
                                                3.  Add your salt, pepper, and butter to your liking.
                                                4.  Cover with foil for 20-30 minutes to soften potatoes.
                                                5.  Add coined kielbasa and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

                                                6.  Uncover and cook until kielbasa is “browned” to your liking (around
                                                    10 minutes)
