HOMEMADE MAC & CHEESE


                                          with Shredded Cheese

        INGREDIENTS                               DIRECTIONS

                                                  1.  Cook the noodles as directed on the package (leave them al dente).
          •   A package of dry pasta              2.  Then, melt the butter in a saucepan with the flour until the flour
          •   1½ cups milk                            dissolves.
          •   2 cups shredded cheese              3.  Slowly add the milk and stir continuously on medium to low heat
          •   2 tbsp butter                           until the mixture thickens.
          •   2 tbsp flour                        4.  Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, along with half the cheese, and
                                                      stir until melted.
                                                  5.  Combine the drained noodles and the milk mixture in a casserole
                                                      dish and top with the remaining cheese.
                                                  6.  Cover and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
