What is College Credit Plus?
Ohio’s College Credit Plus program can help you earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking college courses from community colleges or universities. College Credit Plus promotes rigorous academic pursuits and provides a wide variety of options to college-ready students.
Benefits of EGCC’s College Credit Plus Program
- College Credit Plus courses and instructional materials are free to the student.
- All students are assigned a College Credit Plus Advisor who provides the student with guidance regarding scheduling, advising, Eastern Gateway’s policies and any other questions or concerns.
- All College Credit Plus students are considered EGCC students and have access to many benefits and student support services.
- Credits earned can transfer. EGCC also offers several General Education Courses that meet the Ohio Transfer 36 & TAG that guarantees transferability to Ohio colleges and universities.
Disclaimer: The subject matter of a course enrolled in under the college credit plus program may include mature subject matter or materials, including those of a graphic, explicit, violent, or sexual nature, that will not be modified based upon college credit plus enrollee participation regardless of where course instruction occurs.
